Led by Aftersales Manager, Dave Walsh, the Service Team combines a wealth of knowledge and experience with an overwhelming desire to ensure our customers encounter unsurpassed levels of service and care. Dave began his career in the motor industry in 1977 as an Apprentice Parts-man and carried himself to the position of Group Aftersales Director for a large multi-franchised motor dealer group.

Second in command is Service Manager, Joanne Moxham.

With Joanne working for Hymer UK for four years, Joannes position in the Service Department means she can fully utilise her abundance of knowledge to make sure you leave Hymer UK satisfied and hopefully with a smile on your face!

Working alongside Joanne are her two Service Receptionists, who are the faces at the forefront of the Service Department. Dealing with your enquiries on arrival and monitoring your vehicles progress until departure, Sarah Raynor, Gemma Isherwood and Collette Holstead, will endeavour to make sure your stay with us goes as smoothly as possible and are always on hand for any queries or problems you may have - you only have to ask!

Moving into the Workshop, we have John Pritchard who leads a dynamic team of technicians that will ensure that your motorhome receives the highest standards of workmanship. Each of our technicians has the chance to go to Germany on a Hymer controlled training course, and we are also in the process of setting up our own training course, preparing the next generation of qualified motorhome technicians.

Last but by no means is least Kate Wilkinson, our Warranty Administrator. Kate may very well be remembered from Service Reception but is delighted by the transfer into warranty and, using the opportunity to work closely with Germany, she is looking forward to resolving all your warranty issues.

Our service area provides both secure space for your vehicle as well as access to the latest equipment and systems to ensure your Hymer goes outward bound with all necessary repairs and maintenance completed without delay.
